Terms of Use
Netwalk is a free puzzle game with no accounts. These terms describe what you can expect from it and what it expects from you.

What this is
Netwalk lets you solve network puzzles on your own device, in the browser at netwalkzone.net or in the iOS app. It is provided free of charge by Maurizio Mariani, as a personal project.
No account
There is nothing to sign up for. Your progress, records and settings live only on your device.
The optional purchase
The iOS app is free and shows advertising. A single optional in-app purchase, Remove ads, turns off the full-screen adverts on every device signed in to the same Apple account. It is sold and billed by Apple under the App Store's terms, and can be restored at no cost from the app's menu. Optional adverts you choose to watch in exchange for a hint remain available.
Availability
The game is offered as it is, without any promise that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. It may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Ownership
The idea of a network-rotation puzzle belongs to no one. The code, the design, the artwork and the name Netwalk as used here belong to their author. Do not copy the app or pass it off as your own.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the game, including lost progress or lost data. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
The iOS app
The iOS version is distributed through Apple's App Store, whose own terms also apply to that distribution. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the game or for support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute belongs to the court of the author's place of residence, unless you are a consumer, in which case you keep the right to bring the matter before the court where you live.
Language versions
These terms are published in several languages for convenience. If a translation and the English version disagree, the English version prevails.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the game changes. The date at the top says when they last were, and the current version is always the one on this page.
